Rollers
Below you will find support rollers, return rollers, and drive rollers (friction drive).
Given our extensive range, you can choose the right roller for any situation. Naturally, the diameter and tread length play a key role in this. ZIBO Sieve Webs is happy to advise you on the various possibilities.
All rollers are supplied as standard with a bushed bearing (standard for an M16 bolt) or a shaft (with or without thread). You can also opt for a version with bearings only, bearing housings, or, depending on the model, an alternative bushing design.
To simplify the installation of rollers with a threaded shaft (AM), we supply the shaft as standard with a hexagonal socket (6K) for an Allen key. Other options include a screwdriver slot (ZS), flats on the thread (VB), and flats on the shoulder (VK).
As an addition, some rollers are available with a new 'bushed bearing' version (BN). In this design, the continuous bushing (BD) is replaced by a shorter version, allowing the bolt head to be recessed within the roller. After installation, the roller is sealed with a nylon cap.
In addition to the improved aesthetic appearance, dirt is now prevented from penetrating the bearings. Furthermore, any flights or cleats will no longer be obstructed by a protruding bolt head.
