Zinger Mechanisatie in Borger introduces a modular ZIBO (auxiliary) sub soiler-packer combination with which growers can plant and sow the arable land in a single operation. The benefits are obvious: the combination is good for high capacity, while saving high fuel costs and labour.

The ZIBO sub soiler-packer combination consists of a ZIBO front packer, fixed tine ZIBO Bruiser, a ZIBO pressure roller and a ZIBO Tandem packer equipped with a boom and transport wheels. First and foremost, the ZIBO sub soiler ensures that the soil is loosened deeply, so that the crop can grow better.

In addition to the ZIBO Bruiser, the ZIBO sub soiler can also be used in combination with a cultivator or a spading machine. Thanks to the compact design of the sub soiler, the weight stays as close as possible behind the tractor, to optimally benefit from the tractive force. The sub soiler is equipped with 6 tines as standard, which can loosen soil to a depth of up to 60 cm. The chisel tips are especially hardened for the depth sub soiler. ZIBO sub soilers can be equipped with a hydraulic or mechanical lifting system.

The ZIBO Bruiser is characterised by 13 tines, which can be equipped with chisels that are 50, 200 or 280 mm wide. The ZIBO pressure roller has a diameter of 620 mm and is equipped with 12 (48 mm) tubes.

A ZIBO Tandem packer with a diameter of 700 (deep packer disc) and 720 mm (serrated disc), respectively, equipped with an adjustable drawbar – weighted with bridge reinforcement – completes the combination with a working width of 3 metres. Other working widths or adaptation to the design are available on request.
