Rod-to-rod measurement (Stokmaat)

To determine the correct width of the hedgehog rod, it is essential to have the accurate rod-to-rod measurement. The rod-to-rod measurement is the distance between the two outermost rivet holes, measured center-to-center (C.T.C.). When ordering individual hedgehog rods, it is important to specify both the rod-to-rod measurement and the hole pitch at the ends of the rod.
Unless otherwise specified, the distance between the two holes at the ends is 20 mm for a 50 mm traction belt width. For traction belt widths of 60 mm or more, this distance is 32 mm. Deviations from these standards are available upon request, in which case the hole pitches can be set to 24 mm or 30 mm, respectively.
