ZIBO Sieve webs

We supply sieve webs, conveyor belts, and accessories for almost all brands of harvesting machines. In addition, we provide sieve webs and conveyor belts for industrial applications.

Numerous configurations are possible with sieve webs:

ZIBO sieve webs can be equipped with various types of coatings and flights.

Conveyor belts can be subdivided into rubber and plastic categories. There are also many possibilities within this range; please refer to the “conveyor belts” section for more details.

Standard coding

The world of sieve webs offers countless possibilities. To clearly define a specific type of web, ZIBO Sieve Webs uses a standard coding system. This system pertains exclusively to the definition of a standard sieve web.

  • Total length measured in mm and/or the number of rods, including the connecting rod.
  • Total width of the web
  • Number of traction belts (for 3 or more, please specify the type of center mounting)
  • Belt type
  • Pitch measured in mm (pitch = center-to-center distance of the rods, or clearance + rod diameter).
  • Rod type (rod web (specify Ø .. mm), hedgehog web, or mesh web)
  • Connector type

In addition, it is of course possible to include various types of coatings, flights, trap doors, and other similar features.
