ZIBO Fall Breaker Mats: Prevent Quality Loss and Harvest Damage

At harvest time, handling your potatoes, onions, chicory, carrots, and other root crops with care is vital. Impact and drop damage must be avoided to protect your bottom line. In addition to ZIBO Stopshock bunker fall breakers and rubber strips, Zinger Mechanisatie manufactures and supplies ZIBO Fall Breaker Mats directly from our own production facility. Installed on the floor of a tipper or trailer, these mats absorb impact and drastically reduce bruising and quality loss during loading and transport.

Premium Construction & Smooth Unloading: The mat features a smooth top layer that prevents soil from sticking to the trailer floor, making unloading much easier. Built for durability, it is reinforced with high-quality 900 g/m² top and bottom layers, combined with a standard 26 mm thick foam core to absorb heavy impacts.

Now available in a 50 mm thickness: For even greater protection of highly sensitive crops, an optional double-thickness foam layer is available, bringing the total mat thickness to over 50 mm.

Easy Installation & Sizing

• Secure Mounting: The mat is mounted at the front of the trailer using a standard-supplied steel fixing strip, neatly protected by a rubber flap.
• Flexible Sizing: Mats longer than 4 meters come with an additional 500 mm extension at the rear. This allows you to trim the mat to the exact length of your trailer bed.
  • Example: If your trailer floor is 6.5 meters long, you should order a 6-meter mat (which will arrive as 6.5 meters total with the extension).
• Custom Sizes: Thanks to our in-house production facilities, ZIBO Fall Breaker Mats can also be custom-made to your exact specifications.
